Atlas Machines designs, builds, and manages AI automation systems deployed on dedicated hardware installed at client business locations. Services include hardware procurement, system configuration, AI model deployment, remote management, and ongoing support as described in your service agreement.
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements on behalf of yourself or your business to use our services.
Specific terms governing the delivery, installation, and ongoing management of Atlas Machines systems are set forth in a separate written service agreement between you and Atlas Machines LLC. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed service agreement, the service agreement controls.
Setup fees are due as specified in your service agreement. Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in your service agreement or required by applicable law.
By providing your phone number and opting in through our website or intake process, you consent to receive SMS communications from Atlas Machines LLC regarding our services, scheduling, and follow-up. All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Atlas Machines LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the service relationship. Atlas Machines systems are designed to process your business data locally on your premises. We do not access, store, or transmit your confidential business data to external servers without your explicit consent.
Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atlas Machines LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to Atlas Machines in the three months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah.
